Effect of Cognitive Restructuring to Increase Students' Academic Resiliense

The main problem in this research is the low academic resilience of students, which characterized by difficulties self-adjustment when studying during a pandemic. This study aims to improve students' through group counseling services with cognitive restructuring techniques. type quasi-experimental one pre-test post-test design. was conducted four times number subjects 8 students. instrument used an scale. Data were processed and analyzed descriptively inferentially using Wilcoxon sign rank test formula. results descriptive analysis show that before participating techniques students studied, there 6 who had 2 moderate resilience. After services, have increased, namely high inferential significant difference between after being given effect technique on implication can be developed counselees applying all stages been determined, starting from recognizing problem, changing negative thoughts more positive direction as solution problems faced.
